Sutton is a small community 14 miles north of Palmer. Situated on the Glenn Highway at the beginning of the Matanuska Valley, dividing the Chugach Mountains to the south and the Talkeetna Mountains to the north, the views are spectacular in any direction! Sutton doesn’t have much to offer in terms of an actual town, but the area is rich in scenery, hiking, hunting, fishing, rafting, and ATV opportunities!
